Trinity Rehab is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in Lumberton, NC. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive environment focused on delivering high-quality rehabilitative care within a skilled nursing and assisted living setting.

Our beautiful, 72-bed facility is located just outside of Lumberton in a quiet residential neighborhood and features:

• 52 Skilled Nursing Beds
  
• 20 Assisted Living Beds
  
• 10 Private Short-Term Rehab Rooms with attached bathrooms
  
• Convenient access to a state-of-the-art rehab gym
  

Our therapy team has access to a spacious and fully equipped treatment environment, including:

• Large open treatment area
  
• Two treatment mat tables
  
• Parallel bars
  
• Nautilus equipment
  
• NuStep
  
• Fully equipped ADL kitchen
  
• Full bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower
  

Lumberton, NC offers both convenience and charm:

Certificate or degree from an accredited occupational therapy school. Licensed by the state in which the Occupational Therapist resides or practices, if state requires, and has received certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy, Inc. (NBCOT).
