Now Hiring Physical Therapist Assistant - Home Care PRN Discovery at Home Bonita Springs, FL Overview: Due to continued growth, Discovery at Home is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant in Bonita Springs, FL, to serve the Discovery Oaks Village and Discovery Village Bonita Springs campuses. PRN candidates will be considered. Caseload / Patient Population: The Physical Therapist Assistant will primarily work within assisted and independent living communities, with some home visits possible within the community. The patient population is primarily geriatric, with most cases under Medicare Part A Home Health, along with some Part B. Compensation and Benefits: This position offers a competitive hourly rate in the range of $30 - $43 per hour, which increases based on experience and qualifications. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Must have a current CPR certification.

New grad PTAs will be supported and mentored.

Previous experience in home health is preferred, but not required.

PRN candidates will be considered.

Open to candidates who require sponsorship to work in the United States.

Background Screening Requirement: Employment in Florida is contingent upon completion of a Level 2 background screening in accordance with Florida AHCA requirements.
