ECDPs work alongside industry experts on daily tasks and projects, build productive relationships, and network with leaders at all levels and diverse teams. With guided development and tailored networking experiences, participants gain the skills to advance their career. You worked hard to achieve your dream of obtaining a college degree, now it's time to do the same as you launch your career in Core Specialty's Early Careers Development Program. Let us give you the opportunity to explore an exciting career path in a supportive and encouraging environment where every ambition is within reach. **Key Accountabilities/Deliverables**: * Learn reinsurance underwriting including developing RapidPro proficiency* Understand crop insurance* Develop relationships with key clients and industry professionals* Support Agriculture Division staff with underwriting and reporting **Technical Knowledge & Experiences** * Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.* Strong written and verbal communication skills.* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills* Basic understanding of statistics* Must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Agriculture such as Agribusiness, Agricultural Economics, or Agronomy.Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over work authorization sponsorship now or in the future for this position. #LI-Hybrid-At Core Specialty, you will receive a competitive salary and opportunities for professional development and advancement.
