Hybrid Wholesaler - Private Markets

ABS is seeking a high-energy, entrepreneurial Hybrid Wholesaler to help drive distribution of our Pre-IPO & Growth Fund and broader private markets platform. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of one of the fastest-growing segments in asset management—bringing institutional-quality late‑stage private company exposure to financial advisors through an innovative interval fund structure. This role blends internal and external wholesaling responsibilities, offering direct advisor engagement, territory ownership, and meaningful upside tied to success. You will be a partner with senior management to build deep relationships. Initial focus on RIAs, key platforms, and leading advisors to invest in institutional quality late‑stage PE & venture capital. What You’ll Do Drive Sales & Build Momentum Drive flows into ABS’s Pre-IPO & Growth Fund (IPOSX) and its private vehicle. High‑activity sales model: outbound calls, meetings, and in‑person engagement Partner with others to aggressively grow territory assets and advisor penetration Identify and convert new advisor relationships Own the Advisor Relationship Serve as a trusted partner to advisory firms seeking private market exposure Deliver compelling product positioning around late‑stage private markets, liquidity innovation, and portfolio construction benefits Due diligence conversations and position ABS as a thought leader in pre‑IPO investing Tell the Story The ABS investment philosophy and edge in sourcing, access, and portfolio construction Translate complex private market concepts into advisor‑friendly, actionable insights Leverage real‑world examples (e.g., post‑IPO value creation, secondary market opportunities) to drive engagement Execute & Scale Manage and prioritize a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools Track flows, advisor engagement, and territory trends to refine strategy Support platform expansion efforts across custodians and intermediary channels What We’re Looking For 3–8+ years of asset management sales, internal wholesaling, or advisor-facing roles Strong understanding of private markets and alternatives is highly preferred Demonstrated ability to drive sales activity and build lasting advisor relationships Comfort operating in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment Excellent communicator with the ability to simplify complex investment strategies Highly competitive base and bonus structure.
