As a Stylist at our Miami Design District boutique, you will play a key role in bringing the ALEXIS brand to life through exceptional styling, personalized service, and meaningful client relationships. You will serve as a trusted style advisor, creating an elevated and highly personal shopping experience that reflects the sophistication, confidence, and effortless femininity of ALEXIS. The ideal candidate has a strong point of view, an instinctive understanding of personal style, and the ability to translate the ALEXIS collection into thoughtful, inspiring looks for each client. This role combines fashion expertise, relationship building, and commercial acumen, with a focus on building a loyal client base and driving boutique performance. What You’ll Do Style with Intention: Create personalized looks based on each client’s individual style, needs, lifestyle, and occasion, offering thoughtful recommendations across the ALEXIS collections. Deliver a Refined Client Experience: Welcome every client with warmth and attentiveness, creating an effortless and memorable in-store experience that reflects the ALEXIS brand. Build Meaningful Client Relationships: Develop genuine, long‑term relationships with clients by understanding their preferences, anticipating their needs, and becoming a trusted resource for their wardrobe and style. Drive Sales & Performance: Consistently meet and exceed individual and boutique sales goals while maintaining a client‑first approach to selling. Embody the ALEXIS Selling Ceremony: Bring the collections to life through product knowledge, styling expertise, storytelling, and an understanding of the craftsmanship, inspiration, and heritage behind the brand. Develop Your Client Book: Actively build and maintain a strong client portfolio through thoughtful outreach, follow‑up, appointments, special occasions, product launches, and personalized recommendations. Leverage CRM: Consistently capture meaningful client information and use CRM tools to personalize communication, track preferences, and strengthen client relationships. Proactive Clienteling: Reach out to clients regarding new arrivals, special pieces, product requests, upcoming events, and styling opportunities in a way that feels personal and authentic. Create a Fashionable Experience: Bring energy, creativity, and a strong sense of style to the boutique, helping clients discover new ways to wear and experience ALEXIS. Collaborate with Purpose: Partner with the Store Director and retail team to share client insights, support boutique goals, and create a cohesive and collaborative environment. Support Visual Excellence: Maintain the boutique’s presentation, cleanliness, and overall aesthetic in accordance with ALEXIS visual standards. Support Boutique Operations: Assist with product flow, stockroom organization, inventory accuracy, POS, replenishment, and other daily operational needs that support an exceptional client experience. Uphold Brand Integrity: Represent ALEXIS with discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail while protecting the integrity of the brand, clients, colleagues, and merchandise. Embody the ALEXIS Image: Present yourself with confidence, polish, and an authentic personal style that aligns with the spirit of the ALEXIS woman. Who You Are You bring 2–3 years of experience in luxury retail, fashion styling, clienteling, or high‑end client‑facing sales. You have a strong personal sense of style and an instinct for creating polished, individualized looks. You are passionate about fashion and genuinely enjoy helping clients feel confident and inspired. You have a proven ability to build relationships, develop a client book, and drive sales through personalized service. You are polished, personable, and confident, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. You are naturally curious about your clients and understand that great styling starts with listening. You are proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking initiative in a fast‑paced retail environment. You are highly organized with strong follow‑through, clienteling, and multitasking skills. You are commercially minded and understand how exceptional service translates into long‑term client relationships and business growth. You are a collaborative team player who values accountability, shared success, and a positive boutique environment. You are comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business. Nice to Have Existing relationships or a strong client book within the Miami luxury retail market. Experience working with luxury ready‑to‑wear, contemporary fashion, or designer collections. Experience using CRM and clienteling platforms. A background in fashion, styling, merchandising, or a related creative field. Strong knowledge of current fashion, designers, styling trends, and the luxury retail landscape.
