Mclane Company, Inc. is seeking Company Truck Driver Trainees to join our Transportation & Logistics team. In this entry-level role, you’ll train alongside experienced drivers to safely deliver grocery and foodservice products to our customers. You’ll learn DOT regulations, safe driving, vehicle inspections, and proper loading/unloading while operating modern equipment. McLane offers stable, full-time work with competitive pay, benefits, and clear paths to earn your CDL and advance to a professional driver role, all while getting home safely and more often.
