Job Summary

We are seeking an Inventory Technician for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Waltham, MA. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented inventory, stockroom, or warehouse professional who enjoys hands-on work, accurate order fulfillment, and supporting smooth daily operations.

The Inventory Technician will help ensure materials, parts, and finished goods are picked, staged, received, stored, and shipped accurately and on time. This position offers a steady Monday through Friday schedule, a collaborative warehouse environment, and the opportunity to grow with a team that values safety, organization, reliability, and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick and stage parts and materials accurately according to work orders, pick lists, and FIFO inventory practices.
- Receive finished goods into inventory and safely transport, store, and handle materials to prevent damage.
- Move materials between warehouse areas and designated locations to support production, shipping, and operational needs.
- Verify part numbers, quantities, and documentation, then package materials securely for shipment.
- Monitor inventory levels and promptly report shortages, discrepancies, quality concerns, or other issues.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following company procedures and safety guidelines.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $23 to $24 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Job Type: Temp-to-hire.
- Location: Waltham, MA.
