We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support people strategy and day-to-day human resources operations for an organization in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role serves as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, helping strengthen workplace practices, improve employee experience, and align HR initiatives with business needs. The ideal candidate brings a balanced background in employee relations, HR administration, benefits support, and systems knowledge, with the ability to contribute both strategically and operationally.Responsibilities:• Advise managers and employees on workplace matters, resolving concerns with sound judgment and a consistent approach to employee relations.• Oversee core HR administrative activities, ensuring records, documentation, and personnel processes are accurate, organized, and compliant.• Support benefits-related processes by assisting with employee questions, enrollment activities, and coordination with internal or external partners.• Maintain and utilize HRIS tools to manage employee data, generate reports, and improve the efficiency of HR workflows.• Partner with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational goals, workforce planning, and employee engagement.• Analyze HR trends and operational needs to recommend practical solutions that strengthen policies, processes, and team effectiveness.• Contribute to the implementation and communication of HR programs, policies, and initiatives across the organization.• Collaborate across departments to ensure HR services are delivered professionally and in alignment with business priorities.
