What You’ll Lead & Deliver Own and shape the enterprise architecture strategy , setting the standards, design principles, and long-term technology roadmap that fuel company growth. Architect world-class, integrated payment platforms with a focus on scalability, high availability, performance, and security. Translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes —influencing senior executives with clear options, trade-offs, and strategic recommendations. Build and mentor a top-tier architecture organization , elevating engineering and product teams with expert guidance. Collaborate deeply with Product, Engineering, and Business partners to create seamless, interoperable solutions aligned with customer and partner ecosystems. Champion modernization, agility, and continuous improvement , ensuring architecture supports fast-paced, high-quality delivery. Drive alignment across enterprise initiatives , ensuring governance, compliance, and architectural integrity across all platforms. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. 10+ years delivering enterprise-grade software in agile environments. 10+ years of hands-on architecture experience across complex, multi-tier platforms. Data and Cloud Architecture is critical (AWS environment) 5+ years of senior technical leadership with expanding responsibilities. 5+ years building and managing high-performing architecture teams. Payments industry experience is required.
