We're partnered with an AmLaw firm on a search for an experienced attorney to join their Life Sciences & Healthcare Regulatory practice group in New York. This position is an opportunity to play a critical role in providing comprehensive support in all areas of life sciences product and healthcare provider/supplier regulation. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of experience in a life sciences/healthcare regulatory practice and preferably have a track record of representing hospitals and health systems, healthcare providers and suppliers. Additional responsibilities include:

• Advise suppliers, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical companies on FDA regulatory compliance matters
• Counsel health systems and healthcare providers on reimbursement issues, fraud and abuse laws, and healthcare regulatory compliance programs
• Provide strategic guidance to emerging life sciences companies on product development strategies, clinical trial design, and regulatory approval timelines
• Draft legal memoranda, client advisories, and regulatory correspondence addressing complex regulatory issues
• Monitor and analyze healthcare legislation, regulatory developments, and enforcement trends affecting life sciences and healthcare clients
