Key Responsibilities
- Process and maintain customer, carrier, and product setup requests.
- Review requests for accuracy and completeness before processing.
- Coordinate with internal teams and terminal stakeholders to complete setups on time.
- Maintain accurate master data and operational records.
- Assist in troubleshooting carrier loading and terminal operation issues.
- Work with support and operations teams to identify and resolve problems.
- Monitor operational issues and escalate complex cases when needed.
- Track issues through resolution and support continuous operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with business operations, customer/carrier/product setup, or master data management.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Skills & Abilities
- Analyze issues and support timely resolution.
- Maintain accuracy in data entry and system updates.
- Adapt quickly to changing business needs and priorities.
- Work effectively across cross-functional teams.
