Ultrasound Technologist (Diagnostic Medical Sonographer)

Join the team as an Ultrasound Technologist (Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) where you will operate ultrasound equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images used by physicians to diagnose and treat medical conditions. This role supports imaging services in a hospital setting in Wilson, NC and contributes to a multidisciplinary radiology team.

Minimum Requirements:

• National certification in a relevant specialty from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (preferred if applicable).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer. Experience in hospital radiology or acute care imaging is required.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Experience with Meditech preferred.
• Willingness to work night shift hours as specified in Assignment Details.
• Ability to work in a Joint Commission–accredited hospital environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience performing a broad range of ultrasound exams, including abdominal, obstetric/gynecologic, vascular, and small parts imaging.
• Previous experience in cancer care, cardiac care, orthopedics, or surgical services settings.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 2000-0630.
• Night shift assignment.
• Facility is in Wilson, NC; candidates should be willing to work in this geographic area.
