Digital Experience Systems Analyst - Service Cloud AdminGenesis10 is currently seeking a Digital Experience Systems Analyst - Service Cloud Admin for a direct hire opportunity with a Leading Jewelry Retailer located in Cedar Park, TX.This role is responsible for the technical and functional solution design, implementation, and ongoing support of cloud-based application platforms used to manage data, content, and communications. The ideal candidate will partner with business users and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver effective solutions, supporting digital experiences for both customers and associates through effective platform management.Responsibilities:Partner with business users to gather requirements, analyze needs and develop solutions to support business objectivesCollaborate with functional and technical leads to create solution design documentation, process flows and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreement (SLAs) timelinesManage cross-functional coordination, project scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery of solutions that meet business objectives and user needsProduce and maintain security policies and setups for user profiles, audiences and groupsProvide operational support, trouble-shooting and management of the application platformsConstruct and maintain design standards for applications and provide input for creation of UI designs for use within application platformsServe as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for managed application platforms and provide technical leadership for projects as neededResponsible for the configuration, upgrades, and support of key enterprise applicationsDrive efficiency with automated workflows and ready-to-deploy industry solutions powered by data and intelligence for Automated Business ProcessesWork closely with Customer Service associates to understand their needs and support business changes while delivering a consistently high-quality user experienceLead user training initiatives by developing training materials, maintaining documentation, and managing knowledge-sharing platforms to support effective learning and collaborationCoordinate vendor support calls when requiredRequirements:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experienceExperience in cloud-based system administration or similar workKnowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and web services (SOAP, REST)Knowledge of UI and UX design methodologies, wireframes and prototypesPossesses a wide range of technical skills across multiple disciplines including application and systems analysis, and works through all layers of the technology stack from database to the presentation layerExperience creating and presenting technical presentations and documentsAdvanced knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPointDesired skills:Salesforce Admin, Advanced Admin, Service Cloud certifiedExperience in cloud-based products and system administration for Salesforce Service Cloud, MS SharePoint Online or other content management systemsSharePoint Designer, InfoPath, Master Pages and Page Layouts experienceKnowledge of LucidchartContact Center experiencePay range: $70,000.00 - $125,000.00 per yearOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!
