Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Valid Ohio SLP license or eligibility for licensure
• Prior school-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Deliver therapy services to caseload, both individually and in small groups
• Monitor and document student progress, adapting approaches as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with teachers and parents to support each student’s learning goals
• Provide consultative support and resources to staff and families
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal requirements
