Practice Manager

We're opening our second location in Fairview, and we're looking for a Manager to run it. This is a rare chance to shape a location from day one — the systems, the culture, the client experience, and the team that grows around you. Who we are U Med Spa has been North Dallas's medical aesthetics destination since 2007. We're in the top 1% of injectable practices nationwide, with a 4.9 average across more than 1,000 Google reviews. Our Plano flagship is staffed by board-certified and licensed providers who work under the supervision of our Medical Director. Fairview is our second location, opening this November with injectables, medical-grade skincare, and retail. You'd be there before the doors open, building the team and the sytems ready for the launch. What you'll own The team and the schedule . You'll manage scheduling for the entire location — a front desk coordinator and two full-time providers to start, with more hires as we grow. You'll keep the calendar tight, provider utilization high, and coverage seamless. The client relationship . You will be greeting clients, building loyalty, and handling concerns directly and gracefully when they arise. When a client is unhappy, you're the one who makes it right. The space itself. Our clients notice everything, and a new location gets judged on its first impression. You'll keep the practice immaculate and on-brand at all times — treatment rooms turned over properly, retail merchandised, the lobby looking the way it does in our photos. You'll manage cleaning and maintenance vendors and hold the team to that standard daily. Events and local partnerships . You'll plan and host events and pop-ups with partners in the Fairview and North Dallas area - building the location's presence in the community and bringing new clients through the door. Memberships and loyalty . You'll drive enrollment in our Membership and Botox & Dysport Bank programs at the new location. These are how clients become regulars rather than one-time visits, and building that base in Fairview's first year is one of the most important things you'll do. Inventory . You'll oversee all product and supply inventory on site, maintain an accurate inventory log, and manage reordering so we never run short on a client's treatment day. Who you are You have significant client-facing experience in a luxury environment - aesthetics, high-end hospitality, luxury retail, fine jewelry, private clubs, or similar. You understand what discerning clients expect. You know aesthetic treatments and are genuinely passionate about this industry. You can speak about neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators like Sculptra, and medical-grade skincare You've managed people and schedules before, and you're comfortable holding a team to a standard. You're organized to a fault. Nothing falls through the cracks on your watch. You stay composed and warm under pressure, especially in a difficult client conversation.
