Software Developer

We are seeking an experienced Hourly Contract Software Engineer to support the design, development, and maintenance of modern web and/or mobile applications. This role is flexible and ideal for an engineer who enjoys working across a variety of technologies and contributing to systems on a contract basis. Required Skills & Experience Professional experience in one or more of the following: Node.js, SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar), React, Kotlin (Android development), SwiftUI (iOS development) Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals (data structures, APIs, system design basics) Experience working with RESTful APIs or similar service architectures Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work on deadlines Strong communication skills and comfort working in a remote/distributed environment Nice to Have Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Experience with TypeScript Knowledge of testing frameworks and automated testing practices Contract Details Hourly contract position Flexible hours based on project needs and availability Remote-friendly Compensation based on experience and skill set #J-18808-Ljbffr
