If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv.Job TitleTechnical Project Delivery DirectorAbout Your RoleAs a Project Delivery Director within Fiserv Technology Services (FTS), you will lead the project and program management function for a portfolio of strategic technology initiatives. You will drive consistency, governance, delivery excellence, and organizational maturity across project and program management practices while developing high-performing teams that enable successful business outcomes. This role partners closely with business and technology leaders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and in alignment with Fiserv standards and strategic priorities.What you’ll do:Lead, coach, and develop a team of project and program managers, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and delivery excellenceProvide oversight for a portfolio of technology projects and programs, ensuring successful execution, stakeholder satisfaction, and alignment with enterprise objectivesDrive adoption and continuous improvement of Fiserv project, program, and portfolio management frameworks, methodologies, templates, and governance processesPartner with business and technology leaders to manage portfolio demand, staffing plans, resource capacity, prioritization, risks, and escalationsEstablish quality controls, stage gates, and portfolio review mechanisms that improve transparency, predictability, and delivery outcomesDeliver executive-level reporting on portfolio health, performance, dependencies, risks, and strategic initiativesLead organizational change initiatives that advance project management maturity, operational efficiency, and cross-functional collaborationManage portfolio budgets, forecasting activities, and strategic programs while ensuring compliance with Infrastructure Delivery Lifecycle (IDLC) standardsExperience you’ll need to have: 10+ years of experience leading large-scale projects, programs, or portfolios within complex enterprise environmentsExperience overseeing project and program delivery across a broad portfolio of technology initiatives5+ years of people leadership experience, including talent development, performance management, workforce planning, and coachingDeep expertise in project, program, and portfolio management methodologies, governance frameworks, and best practicesProven success driving organizational change and increasing project management maturity across large enterprisesExperience with resource management, capacity planning, budgeting, and forecastingStrong executive communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills with the ability to influence across organizational boundariesBachelor’s degree in computer science, or a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experienceExperience that would be great to have:Project Management Professional (PMP) certificationExperience implementing or enhancing PMO governance frameworks and delivery methodologiesExpertise with enterprise project and portfolio management toolsFinancial services, fintech, or large-scale technology services experienceExperience leading strategic transformation or operational excellence initiativesHow you’ll work:Fiserv emphasizes in-person collaboration to help you grow your career while shaping the future of fintech, this role is on-site Monday through FridayThis role requires flexibility to work overtime that includes weekends and holidaysThis role requires use of a computer and audio equipmentTravel:Approximately 5-10% travel off-site or to other office locations may be expectedSponsorship:In order to be considered, you must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without need for visa sponsorship now or in the futureThis role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, Maine or Washington.It is unlawful to discriminate against a prospective employee due to the individual's status as a veteran.Please note that salary ranges provided for this role on external job boards are salary estimates made by outside parties and may not be accurate.Thank you for considering employment with Fiserv.
