Skilled Nursing Facility Physician Opportunity

Full-time and part-time opening for a geriatrician/skilled nursing care physician. We are looking for physicians with a passion for improving the quality of life of our most vulnerable population and their families to work in the post-acute and long-term care arena. We are seeking geriatricians or IM/FM trained physicians to cover skilled patients and follow long-term care patients in Santa Clara, CA.

Full-time annual salary range is $320,040 to $330,000 plus additional potential incentives up to $44,350*. Reduced schedules (part-time) with pro-rated compensation may be available. *Some incentive opportunities are estimates based on potential premium pay.
