Why this opportunity: Balanced workload: 50 hours max during busy season, 40 hours outside of it Hybrid schedule for flexibility and autonomy Leadership role with high visibility and impact Fast-growing firm with strong advancement potential Collaborative and supportive culture Responsibilities: As an Audit Manager, you will lead engagement strategy, oversee teams, and ensure exceptional client service: Oversee and manage multiple audit engagements and teams simultaneously Review and approve financial statements, audit reports, and key deliverables Drive engagement planning, risk assessment, and audit strategy Serve as the primary relationship manager for key clients Provide technical guidance on complex accounting and auditing issues Ensure compliance with GAAP, GAAS, and firm standards Monitor engagement budgets, timelines, and profitability Lead, mentor, and evaluate audit staff, seniors, and supervisors Partner with firm leadership on growth initiatives and process improvements Participate in business development and client retention efforts Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent CPA or advancement towards status 5+ years of progressive Public Accounting experience Strong technical expertise in GAAP and GAAS Demonstrated leadership and team development experience Strong client relationship and business development skills Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities #J-18808-Ljbffr Next Level Resources, Inc.
