Middle Child Clubhouse is hiring a new bartender / server the dinner side of our operation.

We are looking for 3-4 shifts per week, around 8-12 hour shifts.
We are looking for someone passionate about cocktails and bartending who likes to work in a collaborative environment that is both innovative and hospitality driven!

Responsibilities include:

Creating an extremely fun and positive environment in the restaurant
Showing a concrete understanding of our food and beverage program
Showing the ability to consistently replicate called and classic cocktails
Maintaining high standards of service and an acute attention to detail
Taking food and beverage orders using our POS system
Problem solving customer issues and reporting them to management
Clearing and cleaning the bar
Woking with bar and prep team to restock items as needed
Performing wine service to Middle Child Clubhouse specifications (Training provided)
Maintaining a clean and organized front of house, including daily, weekly, and monthly deep cleanings
Reporting to the Front of House Manager/s and General Managers
