Working with cross-functional engineering teams, you will help evaluate product performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure products meet quality, reliability, and functional requirements.You will contribute to the development of test methodologies, diagnostic programs, test equipment, and validation procedures while gaining hands-on experience across a variety of products and technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement test methodologies, test cases, and validation approaches to evaluate product functionality, performance, and reliability.Develop and execute diagnostic test programs to identify defects, performance issues, and opportunities for product improvement.Design, develop, and support test fixtures, evaluation hardware, and test equipment used for product validation and characterization.Define, document, and maintain test procedures, specifications, and validation processes.Troubleshoot technical issues across systems, equipment, and products using analytical problem-solving techniques.Support qualification, characterization, and reliability testing activities throughout the product lifecycle.Collaborate with design, product, manufacturing, and quality engineering teams to resolve technical challenges and improve product quality.Analyze test results and technical data to identify trends, root causes, and performance improvements.Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enhance testing efficiency, product quality, and engineering processes.Must Have SkillsUnderstanding of test engineering principles, validation methodologies, and troubleshooting techniques.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate technical issues and develop solutions.Ability to develop and execute structured test procedures and evaluate results against product requirements.Familiarity with laboratory testing, measurement equipment, and engineering development environments through coursework, projects, internships, or work experience.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary engineering teams.Preferred Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.0-2 years of relevant experience in Test Engineering, Validation Engineering, Product Engineering, Design Verification, Systems Engineering, or related technical disciplines.Experience with test automation, diagnostic testing, or product validation activities.Familiarity with test fixture development, evaluation boards, PCB design, or hardware debugging.Exposure to programming, scripting, or test development tools.Experience with qualification testing, reliability testing, or product characterization.Familiarity with quality systems, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.Internship, research, or project experience involving test engineering, product development, systems validation, or electronics design.Analog Devices is an equal opportunity employer. Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors. This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
