Role summary Cart Attendants ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They gather carts from the parking lot, operate equipment to move carts from the parking lot to inside the store, and maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the shopping carts. Requires a positive attitude in all weather conditions. What you’ll do You play a major role in how customers feel when they leave the store. You may be the first, last, and sometimes only associate a customer interacts with, therefore it’s important to smile, greet, and thank every customer. The pace can be intense, especially in the evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons. You may have to juggle several tasks, such as scanning items, explaining a price, bagging items properly, counting cash back, and keeping your area clean.
