General Production Associate

As a General Production Associate, you'll play an important role in supporting production operations and ensuring quality products are delivered to customers.

• Perform visual inspections of cables and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify, tag, and separate damaged or defective materials.
• Safely operate pallet jacks to transport materials throughout the facility.
• Assist with palletizing, packaging, and preparing products for shipment.
• Move raw materials and finished goods between departments.
• Support production teams in various manufacturing areas as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with general labor duties and other tasks that support daily production goals.

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labor experience.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing 50 pounds or more.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Experience operating pallet jacks in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Machine operation experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Bilingual communication skills.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing environments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Valparaiso, IN.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
