Speech-Language Pathologist – Preschool About the Opportunity AnthroMed Education is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologists to support preschool students in a collaborative and growing school district in Odessa, Delaware for the 2026–2027 school year. Location: Odessa, DE Grade Level: Preschool (Ages 3–5) School Year: August 17, 2026 – June 15, 2027 Schedule: Full-Time (35 hours per week) Salary Range: $60,000 – $75,000 annually (based on experience) Work Setting: Onsite Position Overview AnthroMed is hiring for two Preschool SLP openings: Autism Program: Supporting preschool students with Autism and related communication needs Inclusion Program: Supporting preschool students in inclusive early childhood classrooms Both positions offer manageable caseloads of approximately 30 students and provide opportunities to collaborate closely with educators, related service providers, and families. Some travel between preschool sites may be required.
