Licensed Mental Health Therapist - Fort Mill

We are actively recruiting a Licensed Mental Health Therapist in the greater Fort Mill market to partner with us in achieving this mission. Responsibilities Diagnose and treat mental health disorders, providing psychotherapy across a general spectrum of conditions. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and provide crisis intervention as needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records in the EMR system. Participate in a measurement‑based care approach to track outcomes and inform care plans. Qualifications Fully licensed therapist (LMHC, LISW, LMFT or similar) in South Carolina. Passion for high‑quality care and commitment to evidence‑based practice. At least one year of professional experience conducting psychotherapy and developing individualized treatment plans. Experience with mental health disorders and treatment modalities. Proficiency in using an EMR system for accurate documentation. Ability to serve a general spectrum of mental health conditions. Benefits Competitive compensation with no earnings cap.
