Human Resources Generalist

HiFyve is hiring a Human Resources Generalist!

Shift: Day shift

Pay: $68-85K/yr

Location: Allentown, PA

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Provide leadership on human resource operations, organizational development, and talent management initiatives.

Manage full-cycle recruitment including screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring processes.

Conduct employee onboarding including orientation, benefits communication, and follow-up meetings.

Administer benefits programs including open enrollment, COBRA, and invoice reconciliation.

Maintain HRIS system and ensure payroll and benefit data accuracy.

Support employee engagement events and initiatives.

Manage and lead workplace safety programs.

Lead DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) initiatives.

Conduct exit interviews and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Partner with managers on job descriptions, training, and development programs.

Promote HR programs and serve as a resource for employee questions and concerns.

Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

3-5 years of Human Resources experience; generalist experience preferred.

Experience across HR disciplines including recruiting, performance management, benefits, and employee relations.

Manufacturing environment experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Microsoft Office proficiency.

Ability to multitask and work independently.

PHR or SPHR certification preferred.

Bilingual skills preferred.
