Inventory Control Specialist

Warehouse Material HandlerSafely load and unload transport materials using appropriate material handling equipment ensuring items are moved efficiently and without damage.Verify the accuracy of incoming shipments and label products correctly.Maintain up-to-date records of stock levels and material locations while following protocols to reduce inventory loss and discrepanciesProcess returned items with proper documentation while communicating with internal departments to resolve issues regarding returns and discrepancies.Report or address equipment malfunctions promptly to avoid disruption in workflow.Monitor and control the movement of materials and supplies to support production and customer order fulfillment.Create and process purchase orders as needed.Previous experience in warehouse, material handling, or inventory control preferred.Ability to safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification is a plus).Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and performing tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting throughout the day.Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory software usage.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Willingness to learn and adapt to changing workflows and priorities.
