Now Hiring: Director of Nursing (DON)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team and ensure the highest standard of care for our residents. This is a key leadership position offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and resident-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of nursing care and clinical services

• Lead and support nursing staff in providing high-quality care

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility policies and regulations

• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident care and satisfaction

• Maintain accurate documentation and support survey readiness

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania

• Previous experience as a DON or ADON in long-term care required

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• Knowledge of regulatory standards and quality assurance practices

• Passionate about improving the lives of residents and empowering nursing teams
