Job Overview A law firm seeks a Capital Markets Attorney in Boston. Manage client relationships and daily workflow requirements. Requirements 3-6 years of capital markets and public securities experience. Experience in a national or international law firm preferred. High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school. Education Juris Doctor from an accredited law school. Certifications Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
