WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team in Hartford, CT. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to neonates and infants in the NICU.
• Perform neonatal resuscitation and stabilization.
• Manage ventilators and administer intravenous and enteral feeding.
• Monitor vital signs and administer oxygen therapy.
• Educate patients and their families on care and treatment plans.
• Administer medications and conduct reconciliation processes.
• Recognize and respond to signs of neonatal distress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including respiratory therapists, lactation consultants, and social workers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of NICU experience.
• Proficiency in electronic health records and patient monitoring systems.
• Experience with neonatal care and advanced life support.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP.
• Ability to float within NICU departments as required.
• Experience with clinical triage and emergency response.
