Role Description The Appointment Setter is a full-time, on-site role based in Wilkes-Barre, PA. This role is responsible for contacting prospective and existing customers, introducing MotorWorld Autogroup services and promotions, and scheduling sales appointments. Day-to-day tasks include handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to online inquiries, confirming appointment details, and updating customer records in scheduling and CRM systems. The Appointment Setter coordinates closely with sales and service teams to optimize calendars, reduce no-shows, and ensure a smooth experience for customers upon arrival. The role also involves maintaining a professional and courteous phone presence, following up on leads, and providing clear information about dealership offerings and available time slots. Qualifications Ability to effectively perform Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling in a fast-paced automotive environment. Experience with Lead Generation, including following up on inquiries, nurturing prospects, and supporting sales funnels. Strong Communication skills, including clear phone etiquette, active listening, and professional written correspondence. Proven Customer Service skills focused on building rapport, managing expectations, and resolving basic inquiries or concerns. Comfort with basic computer systems, CRM tools, and scheduling software; ability to learn dealership-specific platforms. Organizational skills with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple appointments and priorities simultaneously. High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in a call center, dealership, or service-focused environment is beneficial.
