You'll be a trusted partner to hiring managers and HR leaders across our business, working consultatively to solve real talent challenges, not just filling seats. And because TVH is a truly global company, you'll get exposure to leaders and teams well beyond Olathe, giving you a front-row seat to how talent strategy plays out on a global stage. You’ll own your roles from the first intake conversation all the way to a signed offer, getting creative with sourcing, building genuine relationships with candidates, and ensuring every person who interacts with our process — hired or not — walks away with a great impression of TVH. What You'll Be Doing Running the full recruiting show: intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and a smooth handoff to onboarding Becoming the go-to talent advisor for your hiring managers — understanding not just the role, but the team and the culture around it Hunting down great candidates across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, referrals, and events Partnering with HRBPs on internal mobility and succession planning, so great talent doesn't just come from the outside Bringing fresh ideas and tools to the table to continuously level up how we recruit Getting out into the community (job fairs, campus recruiting, and local events) to build a pipeline for the future What You Bring 2–5 years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience, juggling multiple departments and levels with ease A natural knack for building relationships and consulting with stakeholders like a true partner Confidence sourcing and engaging passive candidates who aren't actively job-hunting Sharp organizational skills and a knack for prioritizing in a fast-moving environment A go-getter mentality, you take ownership, move with urgency, and don't wait to be told what's next Bonus points if you've got experience with: Workday, TextUs (or similar texting tools), Google Workspace, AI-powered recruiting tools, and hunting talent on LinkedIn/Indeed.
