Join a mission-driven, non-profit Community Health Center serving the diverse and underserved communities of Pomona, Ontario, San Bernardino, Colton, and Fontana . • 100% Outpatient Family Medicine
• Monday–Friday, 40-hour workweek (occasional Saturday rotation)
• Immediate opening
• Serve a diverse, community-focused patient population
• Modern practice environment with full support staff
• EMR proficiency required

• $280,000 – $330,000 (Based on Experience)
• $30,000 Sign-On Bonus
• $10,000 Relocation Assistance
• Eligible for NHSC Loan Repayment Program

• Malpractice insurance covered
• Medical & dental insurance (dependent options available)

• 403(b) with 1% match
• 15 days paid vacation
• 6 sick days + 9 paid holidays
