About the Role As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on our night shift team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will work closely with our interdisciplinary care team to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and attention, and that their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
