Required Qualifications

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience
• Core GEO & AI Content Strategy skills
• Experience optimizing content to be understood, cited, and featured by AI-powered search engines and conversational AI interfaces
• Strategic planning skills
• Critical thinking
• Curiosity
• Prior experience writing for customer/member-facing experiences

Required Technology:

• Figma
• PowerPoint
• Microsoft Word

Preferred Experience:

• P&C insurance experience
• Claims experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop concepts and write copy for a wide range of projects
• Consult with sales and marketing representatives to obtain information on products or services and obtain requirements, including style and length of copy
• Edit or rewrite copy as necessary
• Prepare articles, bulletins, marketing, and promotional material
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines
• Demonstrate creativity and the ability to vary language and tone of messages based on product and medium
• Develop and update content supporting Claims experiences
• Create recommendations and a strategic roadmap to support GEO improvements
• Assess and implement AI Content Strategy and GEO opportunities alongside traditional content writing
• Deliver clear, user-centric content for Digital Claims
• Develop content for public-facing digital experiences, communication templates, and essential experiences such as filing and tracking claims
• Support preparation for AI-driven information discovery and user interaction
