Description:

• Our client is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst with a technical background to support software development IT Projects using a mix of Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid Methodologies.
  
   

Responsibilities:

• Perform all tasks related to business analysis including problem/opportunity identification elicitation of requirements and management of stakeholders to meet business and project objectives.
• Analyze and verify requirements for completeness consistency comprehensibility feasibility and conformity to standards.
• Create process models specifications diagrams and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.
• Develop and conduct peer reviews of the business requirements to ensure that requirement specifications are correctly interpreted.
• Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle enforce and redefine as necessary.
• Communicate changes enhancements and modifications of business requirements - verbally or through written documentation - to project managers sponsors and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.
• Facilitate collaboration and knowledge transfer between stakeholders and the development team.
• Work with other BSAs Data Analysts Business Architect Development and Data Governance teams to ensure the needs of these partners are incorporated into project requirements.
• Develop user acceptance tests and facilitate their execution and business validation discussions and meetings.
  
   

Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

• Strong experience in developing, executing, and managing cloud hosted SaaS implementation projects., Required 4 Years
• Knowledge of both Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid project management practices and when to apply each according to organizational and project needs, Required 5 Years
• Skilled in the use of the Microsoft Office Professional Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio, Required 5 Years
• Experience with automated requirements/development management tools, Required 4 Years
• Technical background., Desired 3 Years
• Experience in healthcare projects, Desired 3 Years
• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Desired 2 Years
• Proficient in writing user stories, Required 4 Years
• Knowledge of JIRA or Azure Dev Ops Tools, Desired 3 Years

Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Technical background.
• Experience in healthcare projects.
• Experience with Data Modernization Enterprise Data Warehouse.
• PMP Certification through PMI or Qualified under Commonwealth of Virginia Qualification Standards
• Experience with VITAs Commonwealth Technology Portfolio CTP system and ECOS process
• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
