Pediatric Registered Nurse

Description We are looking for a dedicated Pediatric Registered Nurse to join Kids First Health Care in Brighton. As a Pediatric RN, you will play a crucial role in providing specialized care to children and adolescents. Your work will be vital in ensuring the health and well-being of young patients, making a significant impact on their lives and families. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of pediatric healthcare projects, contributing to the overall mission of Kids First Health Care. Responsibilities: Assessing and monitoring the health of pediatric patients. Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Collaborating with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans. Providing education and support to patients and their families. Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for pediatric patients. Documenting patient information and maintaining accurate medical records. Responding to emergencies and providing immediate care as needed. Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care. Requirements: Associate degree in Nursing (RN). Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of practice. Prior experience in pediatric nursing is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Knowledge of pediatric health conditions and treatments. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
