JOB SUMMARY
Operate safely within company policy, procedures, and governmental regulations, ensuring full participation in safety programs. Perform critical operations to maintain facility functionality. Provide a high level of customer service through courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable interactions. Maintain the facility's appearance, monitor equipment for proper working order, and participate in overall maintenance. Be an engaged team member, problem-solve, and make decisions as needed.

Key Responsibilities
• Loading/Unloading trucks and railcars.
• Perform other grain handling operations, including filling/reclaiming ground piles, transferring, and blending.
• Maintain the general appearance of the facility, including elevators, grounds, and buildings.
• Monitor equipment for functionality and notify management of necessary repairs or concerns.
• Perform housekeeping duties, including sweeping and cleaning floors.

Required Qualifications
• Ability to work outside in all types of weather.
• Ability to climb ladders and work from heights.
• Ability to work in a potentially physically strenuous environment.
• Must clear a background check.
• Must pass a drug test.

Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience as an Elevator Operator.

Certifications
• Participation in company safety programs (e.g., BBSP, SafeStart).
