Minimum Requirements Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Oklahoma physical therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred. Previous experience with geriatric rehabilitation, therapeutic exercise, and mobility training preferred.

Preferred Qualifications Experience with restorative nursing programs and care plan development preferred. Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
