Licensed Massage Therapist

We are a boutique holistic spa in downtown Boise, known for thoughtful touch, nervous system care, and elevated wellness experiences. We are seeking a *skilled, intuitive, and grounded Massage Therapist* who values quality over quantity and wants to work in a calm, supportive, high-standard environment.

*About the Role*

As a Massage Therapist, you will provide customized massage treatments that prioritize relaxation, therapeutic benefit, and client connection. We value presence, professionalism, and intention over rushed or high-volume work.

This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist who wants consistent clientele, a refined work environment, and a team that respects your craft. This is a W-2 employee position. Independent contractor roles are *not* offered.

*Responsibilities*

* Perform customized massage therapy services including Swedish, Deep Tissue, hot stone, prenatal and other Therapeutic massage techniques
* Conduct brief, thoughtful consultations to understand client needs and goals
* Create a calm, professional, and welcoming experience for every guest
* Maintain a clean, organized treatment room and follow all sanitation standards
* Communicate clearly with front desk and management regarding schedules and client needs
* Uphold our standards of professionalism, punctuality, and guest care

*Qualifications*

* Current Idaho Massage Therapy License (required)
* Strong knowledge of anatomy and massage techniques
* Professional, dependable, and client-focused demeanor
* Ability to work independently while being a supportive team member
* Passion for wellness, healing, and intentional touch
* Experience in a spa or wellness setting preferred, but not required
