PERKS Competitive compensation Safe Driver incentive Hourly bonus potential Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life Insurance, and Wellness Programs 401(k) with company match Paid time off (vacation, sick, personal, holiday, and parental leave) Employee Assistance Programs Associate discounts Community involvement opportunities Qualifications Minimum age of 21 years Valid driver’s license Compliance with DOT standards and regulations Current DOT medical card Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs Experience in warehouse operations and logistics (shipping, receiving, delivery) Strong communication skills with a customer‑focused approach Basic technology proficiency, including use of iPads Responsibilities Deliver materials to customers, assist with loading/unloading, and ensure delivery tickets are accurate Pick up customer returns and validate products for credit requests Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, fuel the truck, and report issues to the supervisor Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures Assist warehouse personnel with pulling, preparing, receiving, verifying, staging, and stocking incoming material Work overtime as required Adhere to all safety regulations, including proper use of PPE and a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400lbs Additional Information Pre‑employment drug and background screening required. Pay range: $15.30 to $22.24 hourly. Position is eligible for bonuses or incentive plans. Pay may be higher in specific locations based on local or state wage requirements.
