GPAC Staffing
Prepare accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for commercial construction projects including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs. Review project plans, specifications, and other documentation to understand project scope and requirements. Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for accurate estimates. Analyze project drawings and specifications to identify potential cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options. Utilize estimating software and tools to streamline the estimating process and improve accuracy. Prepare and present detailed cost estimates to clients, architects, and project stakeholders. Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and negotiations as required. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, construction materials, and labor costs to ensure competitiveness in bidding.
