Marketing & Events Specialist Department: PROV Global Carolina Part/Full Time: Full Time Job Summary The Marketing and Events Specialist is a professional position in the Education Abroad Office. The Marketing and Events Specialist performs a variety of duties in support of marketing, communications, and the recruitment of students to take part in education abroad opportunities. As a staff member in a high traffic, multi-function office this position also manages the Office’s web and social media presence, special functions and events, and additional responsibilities as assigned. Responsibilities Perform a variety of duties in support of marketing, communications, and the recruitment of students to take part in education abroad opportunities. Manage the Office’s web and social media presence, special functions and events, and additional responsibilities as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Experience living, working, or studying abroad. Experience designing and facilitating trainings, workshops, and orientation sessions. Advanced degree. Strong independent judgment, planning, and decision‑making skills. Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, tactfully with individuals at all levels. Strong written, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability and discipline to handle confidential and personal information with discretion. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Outstanding written and oral communication skills. Strong computer and presentation skills.
