User support Specialist

Position Overview Stella Contracting, Inc is a leading construction company that specializes in commercial and residential projects. We are currently seeking a User Support Specialist to join our growing team and provide technical support to our employees. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to employees for software and hardware issues, including troubleshooting, installation, and configuration. Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, or in-person and resolve technical problems in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement solutions to recurring technical issues. Maintain accurate records of technical support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system. Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for new software or hardware systems. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to provide the best support to our employees. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support role. Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other common business applications. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Customer service-oriented with a strong attention to detail.
