Job description

Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management and a passion for driving results.

Duties:
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maintain & expand the customer base
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements with customers
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and performance
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
- Lead by example, demonstrating effective leadership skills to motivate and inspire the sales team

Experience:
- Proven experience in managing sales teams
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals
- Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and develop sales professionals
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software
- Background in technology sales is a plus
- Ability to analyze market data and trends to drive strategic decisions
