About the Role:

The Adjunct - Astronautical Engineering position is designed to provide expert instruction and mentorship to students pursuing undergraduate studies in astronautical engineering within an academic setting. Minimum Qualifications:

• A undergraduate or higher in astronautical engineering, aerospace engineering, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in astronautical engineering principles and applications.
• Prior teaching experience at the college or university level, preferably in engineering disciplines.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A Masters in astronautical or aerospace engineering.
• Experience with hands-on aerospace projects, such as satellite design, launch vehicle development, or space mission planning.
• Familiarity with current software tools used in astronautical engineering, including simulation and modeling platforms.

• Industry experience in aerospace organizations or government space agencies.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lectures and seminars on astronautical engineering topics, including spacecraft design, orbital mechanics, propulsion systems, and space mission analysis.
• Develop and update course materials, assignments, and assessments to reflect the latest research and technological developments in astronautics.
• Mentor and advise students on academic progress, research projects, and career pathways within the aerospace sector.
