Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Washington SLP license required
• ESA State Certification required
• Previous experience with pediatrics or schools preferred, but enthusiastic CFs are welcome
• Knowledge of teletherapy platforms a plus
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services and evaluations to elementary and preschool students
• Develop and implement IEP goals, collaborating with teachers, staff, and families
• Maintain complete and timely documentation in compliance with all state and federal guidelines
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
