Job Purpose Provide a positive and efficient dining experience by assisting with food and beverage operations, supporting daily service activities, and maintaining a clean and organized environment while following all food safety standards, policies, and procedures. Key Duties & Responsibilities Park-Wide Related Duties Provide a welcoming and positive experience for all guests Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with guests and team members Support overall park operations by maintaining awareness of guest needs and service flow Communicate guest concerns, operational issues, or safety concerns to leadership as appropriate Follow all company policies, procedures, and standards at all times Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Department-Specific Duties Assist guests with food and beverage orders and provide information on menu items and specials Prepare and serve food in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards Operate POS systems accurately and efficiently for order processing and payments Maintain cleanliness and organization of food service areas, including prep areas and service counters Restock food, beverages, and supplies to support daily operationsCommunicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient service Assist with opening and closing duties to maintain readiness for daily operations Contribute to a safe, clean, and enjoyable dining experience for guests Skills, Requirements, and Qualifications Mission Driven – Demonstrated alignment with PARC’s vision, mission and core values Relationships – Ability to communicate effectively and interact positively with guests and team members Required Education – None required Preferred Experience – Food service or customer service experience preferred Specific Vision Requirements – Close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus Specific Hearing Requirements – Ability to hear, understand, and respond to verbal communication and operational sounds, including guest interactions, kitchen equipment, timers, and team communication, in a fast-paced food service environment Special Skills – Strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Physical Demands Stand for extended periods, walk, and move throughout assigned work areas Use hands and arms to prepare food, operate equipment, and handle tools Bend, stoop, and reach as needed during food preparation and service Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds Work in indoor environments with exposure to heat, kitchen equipment, and food preparation areas The noise level in the work environment is typically moderate to loud #J-18808-Ljbffr
