C.E.G., parent company of Erskine Attachments, is a manufacturer of skid steer and compact tractor attachments. We have been in business for over 75 years and our products are sold worldwide. We are a growth orientated company in a fast-paced work environment looking to expand our team.

Perform a variety of duties as assigned including, but not be limited to working as part of a team in materials, assembling, paint or welding areas. Production employees are assigned to tasks based on production needs and are expected to perform to high quality standards.

Wage: Up to $21.25 an hour plus quarterly bonus incentives!

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. (Other duties may be assigned):

• Understands and complies with safety training
• Maintains a neat and clean work area
• Ability to cross train and perform multiple areas
• Safely positions and secures work-piece using hoist
• Safely operates forklift
• Examines work-piece for defects and ensures conformance with specifications
• Using various hand tools to assemble component parts into finished products according to production manual specifications.
• Practices and supports continuous improvement within the company.
• Interacts well with other team members and also able to work independently.

Education and/or experience:

• A background in metal fabrication and manufacturing
• Ability to read and assemble parts according to production work instructions
• Proficient in the use of a variety of hand tools and hand-held power tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Smart and exceptional organizational skills, detail oriented, and the ability to handle multiple priorities
