Experience Required 2 months Expected Start Date 08/01/2026 Compensation $13.94 - $13.94 / hourly Hours Per Week 50 Number Of Positions 0 Job Description Job requires the operation of various tractors and farm equipment to handle, pile, load, haul, and spread manure at the worksite location. Equipment that workers may be required to operate includes, but is not limited to, tractors with various implements, equipment that utilizes GPS and auto-guidance systems, spreaders, skid steer, payloader, and service pickup. Non CDL medium and full-sized farm trucks will be loaded with manure and driven on the farm as needed. Performing general maintenance, repairs and/or clean-up of storage sheds, buildings, and all farm equipment; ensuring operational areas are organized and well maintained; using grease gun, wrenches, welder, torch, other hand tools and equipment to repair, clean and maintain farm vehicles, machinery and specialized machinery and agricultural equipment; change oil, filters, tires, bearings, and chains on equipment; regularly servicing equipment; taking out and picking up trash as needed; power washing equipment; and mowing. There are few typical days and workers may be required to change duties and/or locations often and engage in various general functions. Daily duties may vary depending on crop, weather, and field conditions. The employer reserves the right to increase workers' pay or provide bonuses based on tenure, performance, or other factors that are solely based on the discretion of the employer.
